Are marriage and family glorified and/or exalted?
Are single adults who were never married and/or who never became parents considered as not having fulfilled their EVANGELISTIC purpose?
Are single adults considered as not having experienced full dignity?
|Does the apparent glorification and/or exaltation of marriage and family
||reveal why the emphasis on family is the main priority in most churches sometimes to the exclusion of single adults?
||reveal why the “traditional ministries” receive the priority in most church budgets (children, youth, music, missions etc.).
||minimize and/or “minionize” single adults?
Jesus elected to minister to single people as recorded starting in John 4:7 with the Samaritan woman at the well. This is the second longest one on one conversation Jesus had with anyone in the New Testament.
